I build digital products that perform — leading cross-functional teams to design, ship, and continuously improve online experiences that drive business growth. Biased toward clarity and measurable outcomes.

I've spent my whole life betting on myself. I joined the Army at 18 because I saw it clearly: short-term pain, long-term gain. It paid for my degree at Michigan Ross. Ross got me into Accenture. Accenture taught me that you can walk into any organization, develop a strong plan, and deliver. That instinct has driven everything since.
I work the way I do because I've never been afraid not to know something. I ask questions because I'd rather look uninformed for thirty seconds than make the wrong call for three months. In practice, that means I build shared understanding fast. I run tight, well-scoped projects with clear expectations. I push for root causes over symptoms. I deliver organized, high-value work as a result.
Outside of work, I'm a Detroiter through and through: president of my neighborhood watch, member of the Ford/Dearborn Astronomy Club, landlord and hands-on renovator, and one of the most social people you'll meet. I've lived in three countries, visited fourteen, and I'd still pick Detroit every time. I live here with my partner Sophie, our dog Daisy, and our cat Cait.
Owned end-to-end product strategy for Rocket's VA Loan funnel from storefront entry through eligibility routing — balancing conversion optimization with strict regulatory requirements. Integrated Plaid asset verification APIs, introduced a 922% CTR-lift CTA, and drove a permanent routing change that lifted hard credit pulls by 18%.
Led full-funnel growth experimentation across the platform — designing, prioritizing, and shipping 120+ hypothesis-driven A/B tests. Built the KPI and measurement frameworks that made this scale of experimentation possible, and increased completed mortgage applications by ~11%.
Delivered enterprise modernization and organizational change for Fortune 500 and public-sector clients. Led a legacy-to-cloud document management migration, coordinated 24-hour global delivery across onshore U.S. and offshore India teams, and drove a statewide change management program across 26 facilities and 14,000+ employees — achieving a 30% increase in employee engagement. Founded Accenture Detroit's Military ERG.
Led a squad of six soldiers maintaining 100% accountability for $500K+ in mission-critical equipment across domestic and overseas deployments. Part of the first U.S. unit to fire the M777A2 howitzer in combat. Awarded Battalion Soldier of the Month. Held Top Secret clearance.
A free, publicly accessible web app that aggregates events from 30+ Detroit venues and 10+ data sources into one clean, filterable calendar. No algorithm, no social media account required — just upcoming events in Detroit, updated every 6 hours, filterable by category, date, and venue.
Built a custom CLI tool using Claude Code that ingests a job posting and pulls from a structured master data file to generate a fully tailored, ATS-ready resume — reducing customization time by 50% compared to manual chat-based prompting alone.
Designed and built this personal brand site in collaboration with Claude, using AI not as a shortcut but as a build partner. From information architecture to design direction to code, the entire site was produced through structured human-AI collaboration.
Used ChatGPT to produce a comprehensive renovation planning spreadsheet for a duplex project, including itemized cost estimates, a full supply list, projected ROI, and a breakeven analysis. Completed weeks of manual research and project planning in 48 hours.
I work at the intersection of product strategy, data, and delivery — comfortable in the weeds of a sprint and in the room with executives.
My toolkit spans discovery to launch: from writing PRDs and leading qualitative research to interpreting experiment results and shipping features in Azure DevOps.
At Accenture, I founded the Detroit Military Employee Resource Group and led a community initiative that brought together $3,000+ in gifts and essential items for twelve local veterans over the holidays.
I also own and manage residential rental properties in Metro Detroit — doing the renovation work myself, managing tenants, and maintaining properties to a standard I'm proud of. It's taught me more about project management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication than almost anything else.
